Change Management
We are experienced at managing small to medium change programs to help implement new business processes or IT systems. These roles typically involve:
- Development of change management strategies
- Development and implementation of training and communication plans and materials
- Stakeholder Management and associated communication, rapport building, and influencing skills.
- Identifying as-is and to-be processes and gap analysis
- Risk assessment and development of mitigation strategies
We are familiar with the PMBOK project management methodology and our systems approach is very consistent with the process-oriented nature of PMBOK. This includes:
- A clear definition of the process input.
- Efficient tools and techniques
- A clear definition of the process output.
Project Examples include:
- ANZ Business Improvement Program: Consultancy and change management related to the introduction of a range of business improvement initiatives in the Mortgages area. These included the application process, capacity planning and reporting functions.
- BHP Billiton Project Management Guidelines: Consultancy and documentation of BHP Billiton Project Management Procedures and Operating Plans for their Hub Program Management structure. A training related project involved the development and facilitation of advanced project management techniques in earned value analysis (EVA).
