About Us

Claricom Consulting Group Pty Ltd first started trading as Calwell Consulting, named after the founder of the company, Gary Calwell, in 1995.

Since our inception, we have provided Change Managment, Business Process Improvement, Training Design, Documentation, and Facilitation for a diverse range of organisations.

Our client list includes: Air Services, ANZ, Apex Computers, Australia Post, Australian Wheat Board, BHP Billiton, Boroondarah City Council, BP, Caterpillar, Department of Defence,  IPEX, Labware, Marconi, MAST, Municipal Association of Victoria, Newcrest Mining, Nous, Pasminco, Pitcher Partners. Gary Calwell

Gary has a degree in Communications Engineering and a graduate diploma in Human Resources Development, giving him a good foundation in both the IT and business domains. He has been a speaker at training, quality and documentation conferences.

Gary remains the principal consultant of Claricom but is now supported by a range of other highly qualified and experienced associates. Being a small consultancy, Gary is still able to personally oversee each project giving you the benefit of his broad experience whilst at the same time keeping rates competitive.
